FAQ

How long does it take?

Ordering the part typically takes 3-4 days, and I can fix it day of, so in general it will take 4-5 days. You can keep your device until the part comes in, and then I will meet with you to receive the device.

Is there a warranty?

There is a 30 day warranty. If there is no evidence of the customer-caused damage, it would fall under warranty.

What devices can you repair?

I can repair any device I can get parts for, as long as it doesn't require level 2 repair. The site lists iPhone prices, but I also fix laptops, Androids, etc.

What kind of damage can you repair?

I can repair any level 1 damage, but not level 2. Level 2 means that it has chip-level damage on the motherboard or other components. This is why I usually do not accept liquid-damaged devices.

When do I pay?

You will have to pay a down payment for the part, and then complete the payment when the job is finished.

Why are some screens so expensive?

Some screens, like the iPhone 13 and 14 Pro screens, are only available with original Apple OEM parts, which causes the prices to remain very high.

Why should you trust me with your device?

I have a A+ certification in computers and over a year of full-time work experience as a professional Apple repair technician. I have the most experience with iPhones and Macs, but can fix any device.
